A toned body is not achieved overnight by fitness girls. It takes a lot of sacrifice, discipline and hard work. Going to the gym regularly, eating a balanced diet and foregoing an unhealthy lifestyle manifest the foundation of the bikini bodies you see onscreen. 

While you may see beautiful and sexy girls having fun on the beach in skimpy bikinis, being fit is a lifelong commitment that these ladies have invested their time and effort in. Now, it is time to appreciate all the hard work these gorgeous women have put in with a feature dedicated to BikiniTeam’s fitness girls.

First up, we have Chelsey Novak, our July 2013 Model of the Month. Growing up, this Miami native has admitted that she was not athletic at all. She started working out and going to the gym in order to get the body she often saw on magazine covers. And all of it has certainly paid off.

Although Chelsey is turning 30 on July 8, she is still as fit as ever. And this is shown in her busy schedule, appearing in the Super Bowl ads and posting her fitness regimen for her 163k followers on Instagram to see. 

Next up, we have our November 2013 Model of the Month Tami Donaldson, who also won Maxim Hometown Hotties 2005 and Miss Maxim USA 2007. Tami has graced the covers and pages of other famous magazines, such as GQ, FHM and Esquire. This stunning blonde was also a “Barker’s Beauty” on the Price is Right.

This blue-eyed beauty has made a successful career out of bikini and fitness modeling and is already a proud mom to her mini me and her two dogs. Now, Tami is producing events and working with big names like Hustler, Playboy and Ed Hardy. Tami has also found a new passion in being a makeup artist. And last, but most definitely not the least, we have BikiniTeam host and September 2014 Model of the Month Heather Widle. This green-eyed brunette was the first-ever Miss Weston Hooters. Adventurous to the core, Heather has also been featured in our 2016 Boracay Asian Tour. It was truly a sight to behold this strikingly beautiful woman parasailing over clear blue waters.
