One of the sexiest gatherings of beautiful models has been happening since 2010 in South Beach, that’s when the very first Dirty Dutch Model Beach Volleyball tournament took place at Nikki Beach with over 1000 spectators over the course of the weekend. This annual event is produced by Model Volleyball and has grown by leaps and bounds to become one of the premier beach events.

In 2013, MV hosted the tournament on 8th and Ocean Drive which is a location well known to beach volleyball enthusiasts. The event has skyrocketed to an attendance of over 10,000 single visitors over the course of the weekend. BikiniTeamTV got involved with covering the event for our fans. Our own host Tyler Suess had the opportunity to interview Supermodel and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl Nina Agdal. This was the second year in a row that Nina Agdal attended the event.

This is a seriously fun tournament. All of the models entering the competition are given pointers by professional volleyballers from the National Volleyball League. It’s founder, Alb Hannemann, was on hand and interviewed by Tyler during he second day of the 2013 Dirty Dutch Model Beach Volleyball Tournament. His crew made sure the models had some skills as well as beauty to show the crowd.

A bevy of stars come out for this event and often stop by to talk with BikiniTeamTV. We were lucky enough to have funny man actor Pauly Shore spend a few minutes with Tyler Suess on the beach where he gave her a few pointers on modeling and blowing a kiss to the camera. Real World Cancun cast member and aspiring NFL punter CJ Koegel also stopped by to share his thoughts on the tournament with Tyler. In addition to his role on the MTV reality television series, CJ also competed on American Ninja Warrior in 2014. All of the models were outfitted in some sexy swimwear showcased by Beach Bunny Swimwear. Supergroup DNCE headed up by Joe Jonas performed and Jamie Foxx shared his music skills on the main stage during the 2016 event.

The 2017 Model Beach Volleyball event will take place March 11-12 on South Beach in Miami at Lummus Park. This year is expected to be the biggest and sexiest tournament in the history of the event. We always look forward to checking out the beautiful models that take part in this annual event.
