We are pleased to announce that Salila Thuy is our 2018 November Model of the Month. BikiniTeam Co-Founder John Neyrot captured the Vietnamese beauty during a sunrise shoot on Fort Lauderdale Beach in late October.

“Meeting Salila for the first time was such a joy,” stated filmmaker John Neyrot. “We hit it off from the get go. I found her to be a beautiful soul. Very down to earth and a glass half full type of person.”

“Working alongside BikiniTeam was masterfully professional and eventful,” stated Salila Thuy. “I am so grateful and honored to be asked to be asked to shoot for the Model of the Month. The shoot was such a blast. Who knows, I may end up going on the 2019 AsianTour in the Philippines this April!”

During the shoot, we had a special visitor on the set, Jaquie Ohh. The pair are good friends and the pair had everyone on the set cracking up all morning.

“It was wet and wild,” stated model turned photographer – hair teaser Jaquie Ohh. “I left with sand in places I didn’t know you could get sand in.”

For this shoot we had Hair & Make Up Artist Hali Diana work with us. It was the first time we have worked together but it won’t be the last. She did an amazing job on Salila’s hair and make up. The windy was a bit tricky on the day of the shoot but it did not stop us.

“I absolutely loved meeting and being a part of BikiniTeam,” stated Hair & Make Up Artist Hali Diana. “The positive energy and upbeat attitude of everyone was exhilarating to work with. As a matter of fact it wasn’t like working at all. From the start, Salila had a very beautiful and natural glow. She was a joy to work with and was an easy conversationalist. I could tell we were going to build a friendship outside of just doing her makeup. We have a lot in common, especially since we both own swimwear companies too. I also got to meet Jaquie Ohh and learned she was on the cover of Maxim Magazine which was very impressive.”
