Cindy Tran turned heads earlier this month while in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for the Swimsuit USA International Finals. The backdrop was the awesome beaches at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. This is where BikiniTeam photographer Greg Hunter picked up the camera to shoot Tran and that’s when the magic happened. You can see from these photos that Cindy is a natural and born to be in front of the camera. We had no problem accommodating her.

Tran is a beautiful blend of Vietnamese and Chinese. Born and raised in Texas, she has never lived anywhere else. She loves animals so much that she is always the one to rescue a stray no matter what. Cindy started modeling when she was 18 and we can see why she has never looked back. She attended the Mayo Hill Center for Modeling and Acting in Houston, Texas and took their acting workshop along with their runway program. She recently competed in the Tropic Beauty world finals this past summer, which is where we had the opportunity to meet her for the first time.

Cindy is also a makeup artist which she has been doing professionally for the past 8 yrs. “I took on painting, drawing and sketching to learn more about colors, textures and dimension, which I feel helped me with my artistry today” said Tran.

Cindy plans to be on hand during our upcoming Asian Tour in April of 2017. We will be taking beautiful models from around the world to the pristine beaches and waterfalls of Bohol, Philippines. This Tropical paradise will serve as the next stop on our list of exotic places to photograph and video these deserving swimsuit models. Perhaps Tran will have an opportunity to visit the countries of her heritage while she is in Southeast Asia during our next tour.
