We have decided to make blonde beauty Billie Jo Powers our February 2015 Model of the Month after reconnecting with her while she was attending the Swimsuit USA International Finals this past November in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Powers was crowned the 2010 Miss Swimsuit USA and came down to shoot a commercial for the company. She was also Top 2 in the Las Vegas International Model Search and currently on the cover of VS Chicago Magazine.
